Bold beetroot, eye-catching carrot, or bright blue spirulina? From shelf to plate, color has the power to expand the sensory experience of a food or beverage product, allowing consumers to eat with their eyes. To help our customers meet their challenges and transition seamlessly from artificial to natural colors, we offer a rainbow of solutions - helping them reimagine products without compromising on taste or performance.

Reporting to the Global Regulatory Director for our Sense Colour Business Unit, you will advise us on food and related regulations, compliance and regulatory strategy affecting the business portfolio - natural colors and caramel colors. Ideally, you will be onsite in Cincinnati, Oh with occasional travel to Louisville, Ky to be close to our technical teams.

• Advise and Influence: Take a leading role in Trade Associations relevant to the business. Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers and other regulatory submissions to support the business. Uphold Givaudan Sense Colour (a part of Givaudan)' Mission Statement, Quality Policy, Values and Beliefs

• Partner and Collaborate: Update the business on relevant changes in food & color regulations. Advise the business on regulatory compliance for colors products. Prepare relevant documentation, position statements for products. Represent us in customer meetings, to support Sales teams. Partner with Global Quality, Applications & Innovations, Marketing and Manufacturing by delivering regulatory positions to Applications, Innovations or Manufacturing from concept to commercialization.

• Regulatory Excellence: Prepare dossiers for key products as required by FDA, Health Canada, Latin American authorities & other relevant institutions. Coordinate with our wider Givaudan Taste & Wellbeing colleagues on regulatory matters. Review and provide new ingredient approvals, application assessment, product launches and regulatory troubleshooting. Responsible for regulatory integration and portion of the item nomination process.

You?

• Bachelor's degree in related subject essential, additional education specifically in Regulatory helpful.
• 7+ years' experience in related fields with 5 years' in regulatory roles
• Technical / scientific knowledge in relevant areas
• Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus

Job Title and Base Salary are partly determined by education and experience and our compensation program guidelines. $90k-$135 per year.
