Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) - Per Diem - Float Pool

Description

UNC Health is looking to hire a Pediatric APP (NP/PA) for its float pool.

If you are looking to work short-term assignments to periodic assignments this may be the opportunity for you. Part-time options (1-2 days) also available.

Requirements:

*Pediatric Care APP

*Licensed in North Carolina

*1 plus years of experience (minimum requirement)

*Knowledge of Epic is a plus

*Must work once every 90 days

Compensation:

$60/hour

Locations: Around the triangle and surrounding areas

Education Requirements:
* Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
* Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina.
* Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.
Professional Experience Requirements:
*1-plus year of experience is required (minimum requirement).
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
* Demonstrated clinical competency.
* Effective leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
* Effective interaction to ensure the successful care of patients in the clinical setting.
* Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
