Description Knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing, overseeing areas of production, with lead experience. Experience with Mig and Tig welding, machine operation in metals (no food, plastic, or foam, generally does not translate to our business line). Strong leadership skills, quick on his/her feet, decision maker. Good verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite), experience with ERP system. Hours are 6 am to finish (anytime between 2:30pm or later) with approximately 2 Saturdays a month expected as OT.
