As a faculty member of the family practice resident program, provides education and support to medical interns.

Position: Social Worker, Family Practice
Shift: Full Time Day Shift; 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Monday through Friday; 1-2 days will be 10:00 am to 6:30 pm shift

Experience:
Five years practice experience in health care setting preferred. Extensive knowledge of community resources. Experience in teaching through in-services, presentation, classroom or video.

Education:
Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current licensed Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania preferred.

This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
