Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support, including triage and distribute messages, mail and tasks to the appropriate staff and/or department.

Pay Rate: $19.23/hour



Responsibilities

    Provides general administrative support.
  • Monitors visitor access by using a sign-in sheet in accordance with Dept. of Health security requirements. Scan/log sign in sheet information daily.
  • Identifies and manages waiting clients that are in need of attention and acts as a liasion between the clinical area and waiting room.
  • Triage and distribute messages, mail, and tasks to the appropriate staff and/or department.
  • Checks forms daily to see if forms are low and replenishes if needed.
  • Completes tasks as assigned in ticketing system, following up, and resolving assigned tickets. Assists Operations staff in monitoring ticketing board and forwarding tickets to the appropriate program/depts.
  • Wipes down counters, chairs, and glass surfaces in Reception daily.
  • Keeps Reception area and supply cabinets organized.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of Circare safety and evacuation plans, policies and procedures.
  • Reports all building issues so issues can be resolved.
  • Maintains supply/first aide inventory and orders as nessary.
  • Completes projects and other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Multilingual a plus
