Compliance and Government Property Lead

Key Role:

Ensure full compliance with FAR 52.245-1. Develop, implement, and enforce government property control procedures, systems, and documentation protocols. Lead internal and external reviews and audits and support DCMA property system assessments. Maintain and reconcile records in AssetSmart. Coordinate with Chief Technology Office (CTO), Contracts, Procurement, and Business Units to align property roles and responsibilities across project lifecycle. Mentor junior staff. Develop and implement training series. Utilize in-depth knowledge and understanding of PMSA elements. Oversee and lead physical inventory processes. Interface with government audit regulators. Prepare and deliver property-related reports, metrics, and risk assessments to leadership. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in government property management and working with DCMA and Internal Auditors

  • 10+ years of experience leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with government property management systems such as AssetSmart and PIEE

  • Knowledge of FAR 52.245-1, DFAR, and related government property regulations, ensuring compliance and supporting system assessments

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

  • Ability to lead audits, inventories, and property systems approvals

  • Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize system workflows

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing Power BI or Tableau

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Standards

  • Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
