Pay: $17.50-$20.13/hr Shifts Available: Monday - Thursday \| 3:15 PM - 1:15 AM Friday - Sunday \| 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, steel-toe shoes required What You'll Do Support line operators while gradually learning to work independently. Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area. Learn and apply racking techniques to optimize part quality and quantity. Build racks for new products and maintain job segregation where necessary. Follow post-plating, inspection, and packaging procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
