Now, we're looking for a Prepress Operator who is passionate about print, detail-driven, and ready to make an impact. If you love working with digital files, color management, and prepress technology, this is your chance to play a critical role in delivering flawless results that hit the press perfectly every time. Salary: $55,000 - $60,000/yr. (Depending on experience) Schedule: 7:30am - 3:30pm Key Responsibilities: Review and preflight customer files, correcting layouts, resolution, color profiles, bleeds, and trims. Operate industry-leading prepress tools (Adobe Creative Suite, RIP software, imposition systems, plate setters). Generate proofs and prepare printing plates/files for offset, digital, and large-format presses. Troubleshoot prepress challenges, collaborating with designers, clients, and production staff. Maintain strict quality standards while keeping projects on track and on deadline. Organize and archive completed projects while performing light maintenance on prepress equipment. Qualifications: 2+ years of prepress or print production experience (offset, digital, or large format). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat). Knowledge of RIP software, imposition, and plate-making systems. Keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask under deadlines. A high school diploma required; associate degree or certification in graphic design/print production is a plus.
