Extrusion Operator

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $20 - $30 per hour
• Shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM & 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Rotating 2.2.3 schedule)

What You'll Do

• Monitor extrusion machine startup and operations to maximize efficiency and meet production goals
• Ensure continuous material flow to maintain product quality
• Inspect output to confirm materials meet quality standards
• Identify and resolve production and quality issues effectively
• Maintain accurate production records and report variances
• Check equipment for proper operation and notify supervision or maintenance of any malfunctions or needed repairs
• Communicate with previous shifts and supervisors to exchange important process information
• Follow all OSHA safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment
• Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
