Debit Card Operations Specialist

Acara Solutions is seeking a Debit Card Operations Specialist for our client, a health insurance company in Buffalo, NY!

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20/hr.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM (this position is mostly remote with the need to go onsite for training and business needs)

Length: Contract (6 Months).

Here's what you'd do:

• Process manual claims and review debit card transactions for accuracy.
• Handle enrollment tasks: imports, changes, terminations, and audits.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Prepare and process participant reimbursements.
• Support reporting, analysis, and cross-functional projects.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client and employee records.
• Provide clerical and system support as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of benefits administration experience or client service experience.

• Associate Degree.
