Description Acara Solutions is looking for a Mechanical Assembler B for one of our clients in Addison, IL. Salary Range $23.00-$26.00/hour depending on experience. We only have first shift here. Generally - 6am start time. Hours vary depending on business needs. Could be 2:30 / 3:30 / 4:30 end time, with 2 mandatory Saturdays per month. Schedules are generally posted in 3-month increments. Summary: This position is responsible for following procedures for product assembly, fabrication, test, equipment operation and safety requirements as documented in the company's quality system. He or she is responsible for assembling products, handling products, equipment and materials per the Production Department and company's quality system procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Measures parts to determine specified tolerance. Drills and spotfaces bolt holes in parts. Positions and aligns parts. Bolts, screws, and rivets parts together. Disassembles and replaces parts as required. Cleans and lubricates parts and assemblies. Marks identifying information on parts.
