We are looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to help care for our new Cabot Street affordable housing properties and other housing units in Beverly. As part of a dedicated facilities team serving multiple North Shore locations, you'll be the go-to problem solver who ensures residents and community members have safe, functional, and well-maintained spaces to call home.

  Keep buildings running smoothly with general maintenance, minor repairs, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and light construction

• 3-5years relevant experience related to trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance
• Basic computer skills, including typing and reviewing online work orders
• Previous OSHA certification preferred but not required, or willingness to acquire certification neededwithin 6 months

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must be able to lift, bend, twist, and reach as needed to execute job responsibilities
• Must have a validdriver's license and/ or reliable transportation
