Who Are We? What You'll do: We are in the process of identifying a world-class HCMS Functional HR SME (U.S. Citizen). Position Summary: We are seeking a Workday HCM HR SME (Functional) to join our dynamic team supporting Federal Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR administration and HCM systems, who is enthusiastic about learning and growing within the Workday ecosystem. While Workday certification is not required at the time of hire, the selected candidate will be expected to achieve Workday HCM Certification post-employment (training support provided). The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
