Description TDI Technologies, Inc. (TDI) is seeking a Project Control Analyst. The Project Control Analyst plays a key role in supporting the financial and operational execution of multiple Department of Defense (DoD) contracts. This entry/mid-level position serves as a critical bridge between Program Managers and Finance, ensuring accurate project controls, resource allocation, and financial forecasting within Unanet. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with direct exposure to project management responsibilities. With demonstrated performance, this position provides a defined career growth path to Project Manager. Growth Path: This role is designed as a developmental position with a direct path to Project Manager. The Project Control Analyst will gain increasing responsibility for program execution, customer engagement, and project leadership as they demonstrate:
Successful performance in this position is expected to lead to promotion into a Project Manager role, responsible for end-to-end contract execution, customer interaction, and team leadership. Special Requirements: * Successful applicants must either have an active government security clearance or the ability to receive approval upon position acceptance. Due to the nature of our work with the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. citizenship is required. Some positions may require the renunciation of any non-U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance. * Must have a valid US passport or the ability to obtain one upon position acceptance.
