Systems Administrator

United Bankers' Bank is looking to expand our Technical Services team with a Systems Administrator supporting our main office in Bloomington, MN along with remote users across the country.

This new position will be responsible for the maintenance of our computer systems, servers, and network. Other responsibilities will include the installation, configuration and upgrade of both hardware and software, providing Level 2 support to the Service Desk team for technical support issues and providing end-user and outside client support when needed.

Full-time position will start in office Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with the potential to move to a rotating hybrid schedule. Participates in Tier 1 after hours on call rotation.

You are someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills along with:

* Associate's degree in MIS or related field

* 2-3 years Microsoft technologies (OS, network, internet, office) experience plus network administration duties

* 2-3 years of server, laptop and printer hardware troubleshooting experience

* Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

* Ability to work independently off hours to perform systems upgrades or migrations

* Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Windows 2016-2025 Server, IBM AS/400 knowledge, Windows networking, Internet technologies, Biometric technology, routers/switches and access devices

Pay Range

* $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary; depending on education, qualifications, experience

* Annual bonus target: 6% of annual pay dependent on company and personal performance
