About the role:

We're looking for an Event Manager who can lead with both precision and care. You'll take ownership of our growing portfolio of internal and external events, designing every detail to reflect Sabey's identity and advance our culture and business goals. You'll work closely with partners across marketing, culture, design, HR, and leadership to create standout experiences that leave a lasting impact.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $80,485- 120,728 based on experience.

What you will be doing:

    Lead the planning and execution of internal and external events-from workshops and company celebrations to customer activations, conference sponsorships and more.
  • Own logistics such as venues, catering, travel, run-of-show, and attendees.
  • Deliver thoughtful, high-quality experiences that align with Sabey's brand and values.
  • Work closely with the Culture Director, Marketing Manager, HR, and key creative partners (design, media, engagement) to support broader enterprise revenue, recruiting, and retention goals.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts to ensure smooth execution and fiscal responsibility.
  • Lead and mentor event support teams, who will provide strong support across logistics, set up, coordination, and follow-up to help events run smoothly and scale effectively.
  • Collect feedback and track success metrics to improve event effectiveness over time.
  • Partner with the engagement team when events involve gifts or branded merchandise.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience planning and managing events of varying formats and sizes.
  • Experience managing vendors and supervising team members.
  • Experience with project management or marketing software (e.g., Wrike, HubSpot) preferred.
  • BA/BS degree in Business or a job-related field preferred.
