This pivotal role oversees the University's efforts to foster an inclusive, equitable, and respectful campus environment by ensuring compliance with federal and state civil rights laws, including Title VI, Title IX, ADA, Section 504, and related statutes. The AVC leads a team of dedicated professionals who manage investigations, policy, education, and prevention initiatives.
