Job DescriptionOverview The Sales Coordinator will deliver an outstanding customer experience through professional communication and timely response. The Sales Coordinator facilitates sales of fire suppression products to new and established customers. Customers communicate with the Sales Coordinator via telephone and email to request quotations, lead times, and delivery options for specific projects. The primary function is to help facilitate sales orders through building and communicating job quotations, prepare orders, transferring pertinent information to customers, as well as being the point person for sales order processing through the facility. This involves organized tracking and continuous follow-up. The Sales Coordinator handles the full project execution through coordination with the sales team, customer, and internal departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a customer-centric approach. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales and Customer Support. Responsibilities
