About the Role

As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll support the smooth operation of First Western's physical spaces across our footprint. From coordinating routine maintenance and repairs to assisting with renovations and space planning, your attention to detail ensures our locations are safe, functional, and welcoming. You'll work closely with external vendors and internal teams to track budgets, manage service contracts, and quickly respond to facility-related needs. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement in our workplace environment while building cross-functional relationships throughout the organization.



What You'll Do

  • Schedule and monitor routine maintenance and repair needs across bank-owned and leased facilities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
  • Track facility-related budgets, contracts, and tenant improvement allocations; support cost-saving initiatives.
  • Assist with space planning, renovations, and facility improvement projects from concept to execution.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Banking Managers in responding to facility emergencies.



What You Bring



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance and coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word, with basic internet navigation and timecard completion skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Clear communicator with a customer service mindset and a collaborative spirit.
  • Able to work independently with general supervision and sound judgment.
