ANALYGENCE is seeking a Navy Qualified Validator in support of NSWC Philadelphia. The Navy Qualified Validator will perform validation and certification activities for Navy systems, including the development and review of RMF packages and other CSWF-related work. The position requires technical expertise in computer science, system validation, and DoD compliance standards, with the ability to operate in a secure Navy environment.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop, review, and maintain RMF packages and related validation documentation in compliance with Navy and DoD standards.
  • Conduct system validation, testing, and verification activities to ensure compliance with security, functionality, and operational requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on IAM and CSWF processes, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain full compliance with Navy certification authority standards and DoD IAM requirements.
  • Collaborate with Navy and contractor personnel to resolve technical and validation issues.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and documentation for Navy leadership and auditors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in validation, RMF package development, or other CSWF-related work.
  • IAM Level II per DoD 8570.1M required (CASP, equivalent, or greater); Must also possess a current "Fully Qualified Validator Certificate" from the Navy Certification Authority at the time of hire.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
