Job Description: The SVP of Global Engineering for the Pluralsight product will have direct responsibility for the delivery of the product line, the infrastructure that enables the delivery of that product set, and in-application support for customers with internal processes and procedures to ensure that our customers are delighted. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will have phenomenal insight into business objectives and will be relied upon to prioritize technical engineering objectives and workstreams to meet those business objectives. We're looking for someone with experience building a SaaS product, crafting and communicating internal engineering processes, and leading leaders while promoting collaboration, an intense customer focus, and strong culture of accountability. Requirements: 15+ years as a software engineer (including extensive experience as leader of leaders) working on large-scale technical projects have prepared you for this role. Technically trained, inquisitive, and with excellent communication and leadership skills, you care about quality engineering, understand business needs, and value empathy. You are ready to work with the CTO, business and product leaders, and cross-functional leaders across the company who will look to you to get things done.
