General Job Description: Reporting to the Director, Project Management Development (Director, PM Development), the Program Manager, Workforce Development is responsible to support the organized development of ACCO's skilled construction tradespeople working in the field, office, and fabrication facilities throughout the company. Through regular collaboration and partnership with ACCO's Construction Operations leadership team and support from the Training and Development team, this individual will leverage existing materials, and assist with the creation of new materials, to lead the buildout and improvement of our construction trade leadership hiring/promotion/onboarding processes, career progression plans, leadership development, and certification and verified skills tracking. The working relationship between the Program Manager, Workforce Development, the Senior Vice President, Construction Operations, and the Director, PM Development is critical to the success of the role. This role is in partnership with the Senior Vice President, Construction Operations, and the Director, PM Development where a high level of collaboration and trust must be exercised to achieve desired results with the highest positive impact and least negative impact to the organization. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Willingness to learn and master new training topics and software applications as needed. Demonstrated ability in gathering information from subject matter experts and turning that information into actionable training development plans meeting the groups needs Excellent oral and written business communication skills, including the ability to listen proactively. Demonstrated instructional design skills, including audience analysis, needs analysis, development of scope, design specifications, performance-based objectives, assessments, and curriculum development Education and Experience: 7 or more years of experience in a role related to workforce development; construction industry preferred. Job Responsibility Level: No direct reports Travel Requirements: As required to meet the needs of the business, but often 25-50% of the time to regional offices, branch offices, and/or jobsites across the region with flight travel estimated up to 6x/month across the company footprint. Some overnight travel per business needs. Hours: This is an exempt position. Workdays are scheduled from Monday through Friday. Typically, work hours begin and end between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm as scheduled with the position's supervisor. Physical Demands: Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Prolonged sitting. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch. The auditory/hearing abilities required by the job include the ability to hear customers calling by telephone. This individual must be a responsible person and regular attendance is required. This is an "in-person" role requiring 5 days/week in an ACCO office. Based on individual performance, capability and ACCO's business needs; up to 1 day working remote may be granted by the Director (at their sole discretion) after the 6-month training process has been completed. Competitive Wages: $140,000 - $180,000. Annual Salary. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others.
