As an Information Technology (IT) Co-op with Findorff, you have demonstrated interest in management of information systems or computer related area. You will assist Desktop Analysts with the deployment and troubleshooting of hardware, unified communications, operating systems and applications. Assignment of tasks is dependent upon your level of experience.

Come join Findorff as an IT Co-op this Spring/Summer (May/June 2026 - December 2026).

Key Responsibilities:



  • Level 1 troubleshooting of user issues relating to hardware, software, printing connectivity, and user set up.
  • Assemble, configure, and deliver user hardware including workstations, laptops, tablets, and phones.
  • Audit and inventory equipment and consumable inventory.
  • Systems and technical documentation.
  • Perform software and application installation/upgrades.


Qualifications & Education:



  • Open to College students pursuing an undergraduate degree (traditional or nontraditional) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and on a team.
  • Tech savvy with strong computer skills.
