Family Therapist - Hillsboro

Gundersen St. Joseph's Hospital and Clinics in Hillsboro, WI is seeking a full time Family Therapist to join our team! This position works within our family medicine department and sees outpatients ages 12 and up. This position works closely with our family medicine clinicians including three physicians, six NP/PA's, one psych NP, and three behavioral health therapists.

Practice Highlights:

• Continuum of care includes Adolescent and Adult services
• Based within our Family Medicine clinic. Collaborative practice with 2 Physicians, 4 NP/PAs, and 4 BH Therapists.
