Operating as an integral member of the inventory control teams, this role is responsible for planning and executing field inventory audits (cycle counts) for all business units. Leads a Team of field auditors, managing their travel budget and schedule. Partners with other members of the Commercial Logistics team, Field Logistics personnel, Sales Professionals, Warehousing and Hospital personnel to achieve complete and accurate counts of Smith & Nephew inventory and assets. The Senior Field Audits Manager reports to senior finance and commercial leadership the progress and results of field counts. Collaborates closely with finance on inventory reconciliations post-counting. Reports and follows up on process gaps/non-conformances that lead to inventory discrepancies. What you will be doing:

Travel Requirements: This position will require 35 - 45% domestic travel at a minimum. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $117,500 - $193,875 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
