Jack Henry is seeking an Associate Account Executive for our Account Origination Sales Team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales. This position will be worked remotely.

As an Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both clients and sales personnel clients while learning the sales role and division from the ground up. This role is critical for specialized product understanding and position while contributing to the overall success of the sales organization. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of sales or product sales support within the FinTech arena.

This position will be worked remotely within the United States.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to understand client pain points, propose suitable solutions and effectively assist in closing sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, subject matter experts, management and teammates to deliver superior customer experience to the clients.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quota, account touches and product knowledge.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.
  • Quota attainment: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services or fintech sales.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong communication.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter capabilities to deliver results.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales generation and marketing.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, & Seismic.
