Under minimal supervision, the Senior Sales Content Designer transforms instructional content into visually engaging learning materials, including PDF's, videos, slide decks, and other digital assets. This role utilizes visual design tools, to simplify complex information and transform it into visually compelling and easy to understand learning media. This position supports the development of sales training programs and contributes to a variety of high impact projects including executive presentations and sales enablement materials.

This position can be worked remotely within the United States.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborates closely with instructional developers to design and produce polished course materials including slide decks (e.g. PowerPoint, Google Slides), printable PDFs and job aid documents, and developing short-form videos and animations, all while expertly utilizing leading design and multimedia software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Effectively compiles complex ideas and content from the learning instructor, transforming them into visually appealing learning modules that create meaningful learning experiences for the Sales organization.
  • Designs clear and engaging visuals of intricate ideas and themes to ensure understanding at all levels, driving measurable understanding and skill application.
  • Manages and uploads all content within the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and optimal user experience.
  • Supports the creation of visual assets for sales presentations, including those used by senior leadership and field sales teams, maintaining a consistent visual identity across all training and communication materials.
  • Efficiently manages multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, instructional design or related field preferred.
  • Experience in data storytelling and executive-level presentation preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.), leveraging their full capabilities for sophisticated visual content creation.
  • Strong understanding of how to use visuals to convey complex information with storytelling skills, especially for sales-focused content.
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint to create high-quality, impactful presentations.
  • Understanding of translating knowledge and creating an engaging and effective learning experience.
  • Strong ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain an organized workflow for content development.
  • Proficiency in video editing and creating motion graphics to enhance learning materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.
  • Understanding of sales processes or sales enablement content.
