Description

The Credit Card Servicing Associate will assist with operational tasks to support the credit card program particularly with business and commercial customers. This position is in a small department and will work alongside a handful of peers who each generally have individually assigned duties along with overlapping responsibilities. The Credit Card Department manages all aspects of the Credit Card Program either directly or indirectly; therefore, duties may shift or be expanded based on the needs of the department.

Assigned tasks include but are not limited to:

~ Completing setup of new customers and assisting with onboarding as nec.
~ Handling account maintenance
~ Assisting with Business and Commercial Cards, including customer interaction
~ Researching payment, authorization or transaction activity and assisting with fraud oversight
~ Monitoring various work queues/escalation requests from Cust. Serv & Other Depts
~ Answering internal support hotline & departmental mailbox
~ Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

* Previous operational experience preferred, esp. in banking or credit cards
* Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word required
* Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
* Ability to Multi-task and work in fast paced environment
* Outstanding Verbal and Written Communication Skills
* Ability to Work Independently
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to Problem Solve and identify root causes

Qualifications
Experience
Previous operational experience especially in banking or credit cards (preferred)
Experience communicating with business and commercial customers (preferred)
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (required)
Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously (required)
Ability to Multi-task and work in fast paced environment (required)
Outstanding Verbal and Written Communication Skills (required)
Ability to Work Independently (required)
