Job Description: The Senior Quality Manager provides leadership and strategic direction for developing and maintaining a corporate quality program to ensure the highest product quality. The Senior Quality Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and compliance within a chemical manufacturing environment. This position places a strong emphasis onquality control in manufacturing, overseeing compliance with industry standards, maintaining certifications, and driving continuous improvements in quality assurance. This position is responsible for ensuring products and processes meet FDA regulations and standards. This position regularly interacts with all levels within the organization and influences all laboratories within the organization. Primary work location: Emerson, GA The function is directly responsible for leadership, providing ingredient quality to manufacturing plants and corporate functions to help assure the quality and regulatory compliance of Zep products, supporting the business in the investigation and resolution of non-conformance. This role is also responsible for the strategic development of the programs, processes, and capabilities to meet future needs. Key Responsibilities
