Risk (Operational Risk)- Dallas - Vice President - 7496857

Job Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Lead the development of the Review & Challenge program and framework for Monitoring & Testing capabilities to enhance operational risk management. Drive operational risk oversight using data and business intelligence tools like Alteryx. Upskill the Review & Challenge team on firmwide risk frameworks and facilitate the implementation of Monitoring and Testing capabilities. Ensure adherence to the Operational Risk Management Framework and execute the target operating model for Review & Challenge. Build out the Review & Challenge program and framework outline for Monitoring & Testing capabilities for the firm and deliver on strategic operational risk uplifts.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree foreign equivalent based on any foreign education, or foreign education and experience, where determined to be equivalent to U.S. Bachelor's degree by a qualified credential evaluation service. Prior experience must include four (4) years with: data governance processes, operational risks, and business flows; data analysis tools including Alteryx or Ignite Pad to analyze data sets; working with risk management reporting; writing requirements for automating processes and user testing; and advanced Microsoft Excel including working with macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF/AND formulas.
