What You'll Do: * Review Conventional, Non-Conforming, FHA, and VA loan files with precision. * Ensure all required documentation is in place and meets Underwriting & Compliance standards (DU, LQA, Fraud & Compliance). * Cross-check data between documents and systems for 100% accuracy. * Analyze client-provided documentation and resolve any stipulations quickly. * Maintain top-tier performance: 95% Productivity, 85% Quality, and 95% on-time completion.
