Join Our Team as a Member Services Representative! Location: Must be near an Admin Hub in the State of Washington (Renton or Spokane)

What You'll Do As a Member Services Representative, you'll be the voice of support for our members, providers, and partners. You'll handle inquiries and resolve complaints related to: * Health plan coverage, claims, referrals, and eligibility * Delivery system issues like appointment access, physician selection, and billing concerns * Communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions Your work will directly impact the satisfaction and well-being of our members-making a real difference every day.
