Responsible for managing one or more Information Technology processes, including coordination and ownership of enterprise Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and readiness. Identify and manage processes for tracking, updating, quality assurance and reporting on IT records and/or performance against process metrics. Responsibilities may include Disaster Recovery analysis, planning, testing, documentation, error/exception handling, performance improvements and business process implementation, and audit readiness. Manage and maintain area data and knowledge artifacts relevant to the process area(s) supported. Provide reporting and make recommendations related to performance against goals, metrics, and key performance indicators. Support compliance efforts preparing and responding to audit requests to ensure that CPS Energy is compliance. Grade: 17 Tasks and Responsibilities
Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for interaction with all levels of personnel.
Proficiency in producing reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Ability to identify trends, make recommendations and independent decisions.
Ability to work across teams and communicate technical information clearly.
Experience coordinating Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity planning, including tests and exercises.
Familiarity with ITSM principles and performance monitoring/reporting tools.
Experience working in a team environment and coordinating with multiple departments. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Risk Management, or a related field. Required Certifications
Working Environment
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
