The opportunity The Director of Admission oversees teams that engage with prospective students who want to enroll in SNHU's Global Campus undergraduate and graduate degree programs. You will report to the Assistant Vice President of Admission. You will have a team of Admission Team Leads reporting to you. This job is fully remote. #LIRemote What you'll do:
- Hire, train, direct, and monitor a team of leaders or individual contributors to ensure quality and compliance in all operations and interactions with prospective students.
- Ensure the team follow documented processes, comply with all state, federal, and university policies, and meet compliance with Title IV and accreditation rules related to student recruitment.
- Oversee the team's use of technology including dialer, CRM, live chat, and other technology tools.
- Use data to operate the department and be an expert at pipeline management, call and lead flow analysis, and coaching/improving team performance.
- Conduct ongoing team training including weekly one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Inspect and measure performance based on yields, lead type, and professional telephone sales etiquette.
- Set clear, measurable baseline expectations for all team members focusing on achieving new start enrollment goal, inquiry to enroll conversions goals, and new start melt.
- Lead efforts to prioritize workflow, improve document processing, and manage weekly service level agreement (SLA) and accuracy metrics.
- Be a liaison with internal management groups in answering questions about individual student files during the admission process.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings and yearly performance evaluations with direct reports to ensure that individual and team goals are met.
- Responsible for the ongoing performance management of all team members within their functional group.
- Develop strategies to create increased student transfer success rates with emphasis and genuine commitment to the student's success, growing enrollment, and supporting diversity.

- Partner with technical staff on information systems processes and work with company partners to ensure our needs are being supported.
- Manage metrics reporting for the department's performance tracking and performance management.
- Develop organizational strategies by contributing information and recommending direction.
- Establish functional ideas following SNHU culture and our goals.
- Conduct formal group meeting sessions and individualized meetings to ensure accuracy and to ensure adherence and understanding of department goals and performance.
What we're Looking For:
- Associate degree with 3 years of progress experience in higher education admissions, enrollment management, or student recruitment with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- An understanding of the student admission processes for undergraduate or graduate higher education programs.
- Experience in yield and pipeline management.
- Experience meeting enrollment targets in a high-volume environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven recruitment strategies.

Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $75,879.00 - $102,659.00.
