Job Responsibilities: Support the success of village activities through setup, execution, and breakdown. Assist with site prep, loading/unloading equipment, and managing games, inflatables, and materials. Operate village activities and implement alternate plans in case of inclement weather. Assist with the Village Movie Series, including planning, equipment setup, breakdown, and weather-related relocations. Act as a flexible, cross-functional team member by supporting various departments and children's programs across Snowshoe Mountain. Follow all safety and liability procedures to minimize resort risk. Contribute to the team's success by living Snowshoe Mountain's core values and assisting with additional tasks as needed. Education: High School Diploma or GED Preferred Experience: Experience in related field - Hospitality and Tourism, Event Planning/Management All Information above is subject to change at any time.
