We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team of Wireless and Wireline Construction Projects Analysts. This role plays and integral part in the Pole Services Operations team by coordinating activities to meet the needs of customers, including but not limited to: analyzing complex data to determine appropriateness of billing activities, utilizing data to determine next steps of the work order process, and ensuring completion of required activities. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for coordinating the research and resolution of customer billing issues, responding to and resolving customer questions, referencing contracts, applying contract interpretations into billing practices, and processing annual pole rental billing documents. This individual will also review annual rent payments and ensure application to proper sites and contract accounts, validate wireless sites' annual payment received, work to decrease aged receivables, and issue pole topping fees. This role also ensures that the financial aspects of the construction project life cycle are properly recorded by generating orders and project notifications. It supports the successful flow of construction projects through PSE's internal project management system and works closely with various departments including project managers and engineers to ensure compliance with WUTC (Washington Utilities & Transportation Commission) rates and tariffs, company accounting policies, and established SOX controls. This role is resposible for bringing in revenue for Pole Services that helps improve our bottom line. The individual in this role upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities, as well as promotes and supports a culture of total safety. The pay range for this position is$70,200.00-$99,800.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
