Job Title: HR Coordinator - Talent Acquisition Focus
Location: Red Bank, NJ - Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking an HR Coordinator with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition to join our clients Human Resources team. In this role, you will go beyond filling vacancies-you will strategically attract, source, and hire top talent to meet both immediate needs and long-term organizational goals. Reporting to the Manager of Organizational Development (HR), you will play a critical role in building our talent pipeline, leveraging technology and innovative sourcing strategies to connect with the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Source, screen, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to onboarding.

  • Utilize AI tools, applicant tracking systems, and other technology platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement.

  • Conduct talent mapping to proactively identify high-potential candidates and maintain a strong pipeline.

  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and optimize processes.

  • Represent the company brand at networking events, job fairs, and on professional platforms to increase employer visibility.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.

  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring across multiple disciplines and levels.

  • Strong understanding of strategic recruiting, workforce planning, and talent mapping.

  • Experience with AI-driven recruitment tools, ATS systems, and other HR technologies.

  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and make process improvements based on insights.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
