Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years relevant experience. Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position General Dynamics Mission Systems seeking a highly experienced Sr Advanced Program Performance Management (PPM) Specialist to serve as a Master Scheduler supporting complex defense programs. This role is critical to ensuring program success from proposal through execution, with a strong emphasis on schedule integrity, risk analysis, and performance oversight. The position provides an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nation's fundamental defense services. General Dynamics Mission Systems employees work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions. The ideal candidate will lead integrated cost and schedule performance management across multiple program phases-from engineering development to production and logistics. As a strategic partner to program leadership, you will transform data into actionable insights, drive proactive decision-making, and ensure compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) standards and scheduling best practices. Target salary range: USD $130,000.00/Yr. - USD $140,000.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
