POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT Moss' Training Coordinator II will support our solar construction operations within the Solar Energy division. The primary focus for this position is to execute behind-the-scenes operations that keep our solar construction training programs running smoothly, hence contributing to making an impact primarily on our Solar field-based employees and other work groups that support our 'Field First' rally cry. The Training Coordinator II will have demonstrated success working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and support activities such as training logistics, data management, and technology systems. This role will support administering our Learning Management System (LMS), specifically Workday Learning. Additionally, the Training Coordinator II will generate regular and ad hoc reports providing data analysis to help the training team make informed decisions and continuously improve our programs. Attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role. The Training Coordinator II will also collaborate closely with all Training & Development department peers supporting their efforts and must have ability to communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs.
