PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $21.20-$25.91 hourly. The full Pay Range is $21.11-$30.67 hourly. Your work will help our Mortgage Sales team deliver an outstanding member experience, strengthen community relationships, and make dreams of homeownership a reality. ***This role is hybrid, requiring two days a week (typically Wednesdays and Thursdays) or more onsite at BECU's Spokane Home Loan Center, with flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
