*This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ in Richmond, CA. In-office expectation is 3 days a week.*

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing sales operations, delivering actionable sales insights, and ensuring seamless coordination with wholesale and retail accounts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for the outdoor lifestyle and apparel industry.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Wholesale Account Support:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for wholesale partners, ensuring timely communication and resolution of inquiries.

  • Coordinate order entry, tracking, and fulfillment for wholesale accounts; monitor order status and proactively address delays or issues.

  • Maintain and update wholesale account databases, including pricing, terms, and contact information.

  • Assist with seasonal line presentations and product education for wholesale partners.

  • Support the execution of promotional programs and seasonal initiatives tailored to wholesale channels.

Retail Account Support:

  • Collaborate with retail partners to ensure accurate product setup, inventory availability, and timely delivery.

  • Monitor retail sales performance and provide insights to drive reorders and optimize assortments.

  • Coordinate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to support in-store and online retail activations.

Sales Team Support:

  • Support Strategic Account Manager and sales leadership with day-to-day operations for key accounts.

  • Assist in the preparation of seasonal sales meetings, line presentations, and Go-to-Market materials.

  • Provide contract management, order setups, vendor catalogue scrubs, and operational communication to accounts.

  • Help prepare for key account meetings including room setup, logistics, and technology support.

Sales Operations & Analytics:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Prepare sales reports using Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.

  • Work with the sales operations team on the seasonal product sample process, including tracking and organizing samples for key accounts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Liaise with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and timely delivery of assets and information.

  • Act as liaison with Customer Service and Marketing to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information related to online executions and product setup.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining sales calendars, and supporting ad hoc projects as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

YOU HAVE

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or related roles-preferably in the apparel, outdoor, or sporting goods industries.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI).

  • Experience managing product samples or working with merchandising teams is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively across teams.

  • Passion for the outdoors and familiarity with outdoor apparel and gear is highly desirable.

  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

Salary Range: $67,900 - $105,300 *Pay decisions are determined by multiple factors, including what the market is paying, a candidate's capabilities and skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
