Summary: This is a part time position with a minimum of 20 hours a week onsite in the clinic Monday-Friday. Specific hours within the work day (8a-5p) are flexible. There is no ability for remote work, night work, or weekend hours. If you are an internal candidate already working full time, you cannot take this part time position in addition to your full time position. This position supports our Long-Acting Injectable (LAI) program within the UNC Infectious Diseases Clinic at Eastowne. This includes drugs to treat HIV such as Cabenuva and Sunlenca. We are looking for a pharmacy technician to assist with medication access including completing prior authorizations, procurement of drugs from specialty pharmacies, and supporting the Nurse Coordinator of the LAI program. We prefer a Pharmacy Technician with experience.
