Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Directs the development and execution of strategies to identify, qualify and convert opportunities that create long-term client relationships.
  • Oversee company-wide activities and initiatives relating to improving strategic client development.
  • Provide strategic overview or existing and anticipated market conditions for ECS sectors.
  • Build and manage a National Accounts portfolio of up to $50M Group Sales ($10M-20Mmanaged directly).
  • Seek, initiate, and drive new business opportunities, including market segments and service offerings.
  • Hire and manage support staff, as needed.
  • Lead Capture Team Process for high opportunity accounts, engaging resources across ECS.
  • Mentor NAM's and NPL's as Corporate Sponsor and/oras assigned.
  • Work with Director to build a consistent national sales process and consistency among offices.
  • Provide strategic leadership and information on market trends and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related discipline. MS/MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of direct National Account Management experience within ECS's areas of expertise and broad knowledge and understanding of our primary service lines (geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, construction materials testing, and facilities consulting).

Skills and Abilities

  • Proven track record in developing high-impact client relationships.
  • Ability to drive strategic growth across energy markets.
  • Significant National Account Management (NAM) experience and a targeted business development mindset
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with negotiating contractual terms and management of the corresponding risk, working with corporate counsel for per policies

The expected pay range for this role and location is $150,000 - $200,000/year. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
