Job Description

The Product Marketing Associate will assist in the deployment of multi-channel marketing campaigns for our client's investment solutions across institutional and global wealth audiences. This individual will work within the Product Marketing vertical and partner with Channel and Digital Marketing to define campaign strategies, execute tactics, and measure campaign success metrics. This individual will also work directly with investment professionals, Sales, Legal & Compliance, and external vendors for campaign execution, while informing and consulting with Product Management counterparts.

*This role operates in an outsourced capacity, servicing an asset management client of RRD.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively maintain campaign calendar and ensure stakeholders are informed and considered
  • Assist in the implementation of multichannel marketing plans
  • Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to develop marketing materials for allactive campaigns
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and creative application across all Marketing channels inany given campaign
  • Evaluate campaign performance across multiple KPIs and identify optimization opportunities * Collaborate with partners across Product, Sales, Corporate Communications, Technology and withinMarketing to ensure alignment across campaign approach and performance
  • Maintain brand standards and oversee creative approvals for marketing materials * Develop and present campaign performance reporting to senior leadership

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in financial services
  • Must be able consistently identify critical elements, variables and alternatives to develop solutions. Must be able to organize/prioritize existing resources and incorporate new information, as needed, to implement the most effective solutions. Able to communicate clearly and courteously with those who need to know of decisions/actions/problems. Able to apply excellent business acumen and collaborative skills when resolving problems.
  • Able to apply excellent functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools in completing assignments. Able to apply expertise in all the tools or applications used to complete work assignments. Able to mentor junior level team members in the use of tools and/or systems in the position.
  • Must be able to modify communication style both formal and informal to match the appropriate level of the audience targeted. Requires strong understanding of the impact of a message on the organization or customer.
  • Knowledge of and interest in alternative investment product space preferred
  • Experience with multichannel marketing preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, often on tight timelines, preferred
  • Strong attention to detail preferred
  • Demonstrable success in strategic marketing disciplines preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot preferred

Additional Information

RRD's current salary range for this role is $73,200 to $114,300 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
