Purpose of Job This position is responsible for the administration, support, enhancement and strategic guidance of enterprise application systems. The role requires strong analytical, technical, communication and project management skills to help support the application selection, implementation and on-going support. The Senior Applications Analyst serves as a liaison between IT and internal customers ensuring the technical solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results. Job Functions
- Leads system configuration recommendations for various application solutions to meet the needs of the organization and provide on-going support to the service.
- Collaborates with internal customers to analyze projects and estimate effects on business and employees.
- Selects and project manages new and/or changing technology to enhance overall IT function throughout the organization.
- Manage vendor relationships for application support, licensing, and professional services.
- Reviews programs prior to implementation to validate conformance to established Information Technology departmental guidelines, policies, and processes, as well as industry standard guidelines.
- Develops and maintains documentation including workflows, technical specifications and some user training.
- Partners with project sponsor, IT partners and cross functional team members from assessment to completion.
- Provides ongoing support of an application post implementation and is responsible for troubleshooting and repair of IT/vendors issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
- Highly skilled in incorporating successful interviewing, facilitation, and documentation techniques within a project
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed problem-solving skills.
- Ability to partner with technical and no-technical staff as well as third party vendors to deliver effective results.
- Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence inorder to complete job functions as mentioned above.
- Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions
- Strong ability to see business needs from the user point of view and translate those needs into a technical solution
