JOB TITLE: AIO Analyst DEPT: Quality Services LOCATION: MRMC - Columbia, TN SHIFT: Full Time, Day Shift. JOB SUMMARY: The Ambulatory informatics and optimization (AIO) analyst works to support the MRMG/FQHC/RHC physician practices. The analysts support the practices by conducting diagnostic test reconciliation and super user support for the E.H.R. workflow. The analyst has strong knowledge of clinical and/or non clinical medical practice workflows and processes in order to properly identify opportunities for improvement. Audits reports for compliance with diagnostic testing ordering, result, and patient notification documentation and communicates when variances occur. Assists with auditing for compliance with updates & changes to ambulatory EHR workflow and processes. Analysts have a high attention to detail, auditing skills, and commitment to ensuring high reliability and accuracy in reporting data. Under the direction of the AIO manager, participates in on-site visits to the practices to support diagnostic ordering workflows and EHR support.
