Your Job As our Production Manager, you will direct and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing to ensure products are produced on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. You'll balance operational efficiency with cost control and continuous improvement initiatives to drive both day-to-day performance and long-term growth. Our Team You'll join the Operations Division-a collaborative group of manufacturing engineers, quality specialists, maintenance technicians, and supply chain professionals. Together, we focus on innovation, safety, and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional products to our customers. What You Will Do Lead and optimize production schedules to maximize throughput and meet customer delivery commitments Partner with Material Control, Maintenance, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality teams to synchronize cross-functional activities Analyze production, quality, and maintenance data to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions Drive process improvements and equipment upgrades to boost efficiency, reliability, and product quality Enforce safety regulations, interpret company policies for the floor team, and continuously reinforce a culture of workplace safety Develop, maintain, and deliver training programs to build team capabilities and maintain up-to-date training records Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports for senior leadership Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field 7+ years of progressive experience leading manufacturing or production operations Proficient in reading, interpreting, and writing technical procedures, reports, and standard operating procedures Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in statistical analysis and problem-solving methodologies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams What Will Put You Ahead Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or equivalent continuous improvement certification Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification Familiarity with advanced data analytics tools and production modeling software Prior experience in [industry-specific environment, e.g., electronics, automotive, or semiconductor manufacturing] At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
