Hours & Pay

Salary: $90,000-$120,000 per year

Bonus Potential: 10% based on company profitability, plus up to 17% performance-based incentives

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Relocation Assistance: May be available, depending on location

What You'll Be Doing



  • Lead, develop, and mentor a national sales team to exceed revenue goals
  • Recruit, train, and support top-performing sales reps
  • Create and enforce sales processes and standard operating procedures
  • Build lasting relationships with key customers and partners
  • Analyze sales trends, forecast performance, and generate accurate reporting
  • Identify new opportunities in the market and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align on company growth objectives

What You Bring to the Table



  • 5-7 years of proven success in sales leadership, ideally in the fitness, manufacturing, or equipment industries
  • Experience building, coaching, and scaling a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of sales tools and systems, including HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems on the fly, and lead with confidence
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (but may be substituted with significant industry experience)
  • Technical understanding of product-based sales, preferably with fitness/kinesiology equipment
