Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive, emergency, and general maintenance on industrial and production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild various machinery and systems to support continuous production. Prepare and set up equipment for scheduled production runs, ensuring optimal functionality. Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints to guide maintenance tasks and repairs. Maintain strong attention to detail, adhere to safety protocols, and comply with all OSHA regulations and PPE requirements. Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently. Possess relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting and hold a technical degree or certification in maintenance or a related field. Qualifications: Prior direct experience is required.
