Join us at Staffmark for an exciting opportunity as a Production Supervisor in West Chester, OH. We are seeking a motivated individual with prior experience to join our dedicated team that fosters your success and provides the support you need to thrive in your new role.

Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule (6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am)

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/yr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Supervise night shift production in the manufacturing department and oversee building operations.
  • Manage machine operations, ensuring equipment is functioning properly and addressing any issues or maintenance needs.
  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and use of PPE.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and technology efficiency.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and schedulers to resolve production issues and maintain quality standards.
  • Provide leadership in identifying and solving production problems, including personnel issues.
  • Monitor production data, evaluate performance, and implement process improvements as needed.
