We are seeking a motivated individual with prior experience to join our dedicated team that fosters your success and provides the support you need to thrive in your new role. Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule (6am - 6pm & 6pm - 6am) Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/yr. Key Responsibilities: Supervise night shift production in the manufacturing department and oversee building operations. Manage machine operations, ensuring equipment is functioning properly and addressing any issues or maintenance needs. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and use of PPE. Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and technology efficiency. Collaborate with supervisors and schedulers to resolve production issues and maintain quality standards. Provide leadership in identifying and solving production problems, including personnel issues. Monitor production data, evaluate performance, and implement process improvements as needed.
